T's and C's - A Peek inside Secret Seller Competition

1. The (up to three) winners sign an individual exclusive 120-day listing agreement with Ulverstone Real Estate.
2. The Agreement must be signed prior 8^th of October 2026, and the property officially listed for sale prior to or at that date.
3. Each winner must be the title holder, or one of the title holders, for the property that is to be sold.
4. The Premium Marketing package, valued at $1800.00, for each winner, is not transferable to another person or entity and must be used for the property they declare to be sold.
5. The Package comprises: Up to 18 Professional Photographs, Drone shots, floorplan, Premier Listing, socials and eBrochures on Realestate.com.au, Gold Listing on Domain.com.au and a listing on view.com.au
6. The prize is not redeemable in cash or any other medium of exchange, or used as a discount on our professional fee.
7. The winners must clearly intend to sell their property and Ulverstone Real Estate reserves the right to reject the listing if it the appears the winner(s) is unwilling to meet market conditions or the property falls outside URE's geographical trade area..
8. Should the winner(s) seek to be released from the listing with URE under the terms and within the timeframe of the agreement (under120 days), the winner(s) are liable for the amount of the Premium Marketing Package – payable to URE within 7 days after the agreement has been terminated.
9. Should the property fail to sell by 120 days or more and the winner(s) do not wish to continue the listing, as per the Agreement, URE are responsible for the costs of the Premium marketing Package.
10. When the property sells with URE, we are responsible for the costs of the Premium Marketing Package.
11. The images used in The Premium Marketing Package are under the copyright of the professional photographer and cannot be re-used without the express permission of URE and photographer.
