Empathetic and really knew his stuff


Mum had already gone into care, and dad was starting to struggle a bit, so it was a family decision to sell the home so dad could be looked after as well.

My brother had done some business with Craig before, so we called him in to give us some advice on our options.

He was very empathetic to our situation and he really knew his stuff.

Craig kept us in the loop at all times and we knew he was working for us from the get-go.

The family are very happy with the result and now dad can move closer to all of us.
