I met Craig at an open home in Penguin about 3 years ago.

He was just so relaxed, not pushy, but genuinely friendly.

I didn’t buy the house Craig was showing, and I bought another one a few months later in Penguin.

Now the time came to sell that one and I spoke to a couple of agents, but they didn’t seem interested.

I remembered Craig and gave him a call.

First thing I noticed was that he was only interested in my needs and how we could achieve them. His advice was bang on the money.

He and Karen organised everything for me, even getting the lawns done, and he made the tenants feel really comfortable.

They sold it in 10 days for a fantastic price – no hassle.
