Totally different to other agents...

I thought I would have a go at selling my own house. I got a few nibbles, but there wasn't too much doing.

A friend of mine said I should talk to Craig. He and I chatted and his approach to selling real estate was totally different to other agents that I have had dealings with in that he plans out all details of the sale - he has a plan of attack! I put the home with him and within a week he had about a dozen inspections.

After 3 weeks he put a deal together and got me a price I was more than happy with - and I really liked how he kept me up to date with the feedback from buyers.

I would recommend Craig to anyone looking to sell their property - from the start to the finished sale he performed his duties that he outlined to me.
